About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for any work we carry out. Installation work is governed by the written proposal and contract you sign, which sets out the scope, the price, and the schedule. Where the two differ, the signed contract governs.

Quotes and estimates

Calling us to arrange a measure is a request for an appointment, not an order, and it does not create a contract. Any price we discuss on the phone, before measuring your opening, is an estimate. We give a fixed price after the in-home measure, in writing, and it does not change unless the scope changes.

Project photographs on this site are of work we carried out. Descriptions of materials, configurations, and timelines reflect our standard practice; the specification for your job is the one written into your contract.

Licensing

ABC77 Glass is a licensed and insured California contractor. You can verify any California contractor’s licence with the Contractors State License Board.
